The American Institute of Architects, National Association of HomeBuilders, Master Builders Association, MAME Award, and Better Homes and Gardens Magazine has presented us with the following awards over the last several years.
Decade Award
“Sensible Growth with Planning and Design Excellence”
Given only once every ten years, all new projects in the State of Washington were eligible, which included residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, schools, churches, etc. Only seventy projects were nominated. Four were chosen in the multi-family category. We were awarded the Sensible Growth with Planning and Design Excellence.
Grand Award
“Best Multi-Family Design and Land Use“
The Grand Award is given once a year in Las Vegas. Competition is from the entire United States and Puerto Rico. One Grand Award is chosen in each category. We were awarded the
Best Multi-Family Design and Land Use.
MAME Awards
We were awarded the following:
- Best Mixed Use Multi-Family Project
- Best Community Land Use
- Best Logo Design for a Builder or Community
- Best Community Design
- Best Multi-Family Floor Plan
- Best Black and White Ad for a Builder or Community
- Best Color Ad for a Builder or Community
- Best Sales Office for a Condominium
Professional Recognition:
We constructed the first condominium project in Washington State.
